The Diet Plan

The meals I am about to start sharing with you, the audience, should be aimed to have 15 to 20 grams of fat. I will be focusing more on the grams of fat and not the calories. It is okay to exceed the amount of calories one should intake or not have the sufficient calories needed IF you are counting the fat. Either way, I will be sharing with you the calories count just for those that like to keep track. The most important thing to remember is to not exceed 15 to 20 grams of fat a day if you really want this diet plan to work.
